I found this car on marktplaats,is this a postal edition?(it has one seat).It has a small door on the back and a dashboard from the last type.Is this usual?

This is most likely an old mail van, assembled by the swedish mail workshop in Ulvsunda (1973) after Kalmar verkstads bankruptcy. They assembled cars with leftover parts so they can certainly vary slightly in design. Once the swedish mail sold the cars they painted over all the decals with green paint.
